This Blog has been set up to celebrate class, as well as individual successes for the members of A2. As the year progresses, examples of each child's learning will be added to their Learning Portfolios, located down the right. Specific, class wide pages, can be located underneath the children's labels. Please enjoy, and let your child share his/ her work with you.

Term 4 Goals

Term 4 Goals: Self Assessment I am proofreading my writing and finding some errors, but need to take time to find most of my errors. I know that a decimal number is like a fraction. I need to learn all of my times tables. I know the words to all of this term's waiata, and I think I was awesome as part of the kapa haka roopu. I own up to my own mistakes.

Term 3 Goals

Self Assessment of Term 3 Goals (September 2014) I was able to find the perimeter of a 2D shape by adding the length of each side, but not the volume of 3D shapes. I am able to proof read my writing and correct more of my own errors. I think I achieved my value goal by telling the truth and helping others.

Term 2 Goals
July 2014 I can read North, South, East and West on a map. I need to learn my 2,5 and 10 times tables before I learn my division. I am rereading my writing to find some of my errors. I have learnt a number of Waiata and can lead the class in Waiata. I always try to help others in need.
